Unless included in your plan, account setup is not included; however, you will be provided with a step-by-step guide. Your account has ‘account credit’ feature (accessible by you via ‘company billing’ section inside your account. Each month your account credit will be top up (subject to your subscription inclusions). When your ‘account credit’ balance reaches zero (or minimum set amount set by you), it will automatically be topped up with $10. This is also referred as ‘auto-recharge’ feature and you may chose to increase this amount to avoid issues with any campaigns you may be running (for example you may have automated workflow that has SMS messages programmed around special promotion).

This is an industry-wide change to improve the Campaign Vetting process with the goal of reducing spam, fraud, and unwanted messaging, and protecting SMS as a trusted communications channel in the U.S. Every messaging provider who services A2P Campaigns is required to conduct this vetting. These numbers are for standard A2P 10DLC compliance, for Low Volume and Sole Proprietors, fees may change.

Usage Fees for AI Content Generation: You can use our Content AI to create content for social media, blogs, websites, and emails. You'll be charged per 1000 words after the first 500 words, which are free.
