We'll configure your phone system with a dedicated phone number for 2-way SMS, calls, and voicemail recordings, and apply for a regulatory bundle on your behalf. Plus, we'll set up your email system with a dedicated sending domain and all the right configurations for best deliverability.

We'll also take care of configuring your calendar settings, preferences, availability, and connections. And we'll handle your domain and DNS setup for funnels and websites. If you have a website, we'll even install webchat for you.

But that's not all...

Our package also includes reputation setup, including a review link, review request message, and review widget for your website.

We'll integrate your Stripe account, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Page, and Instagram for DMs. And we'll take care of integrating your Google My Business account, GMB messages, and call tracking.

We'll even set up TikTok lead forms (if you have TikTok) and lead form fields mapping, as well as Facebook lead forms and lead form fields mapping. And finally, we'll set up all your social media channels in our social media planner*.

This service includes:

Managing the process of acquiring all of the critical pre-setup resources

We will liaise with you to obtain access to your assets (in a secure way) that will be required for a proper Account setup.

That's stuff like:

  • Business information and logo for setup of the sub-account and profile.

  • Docs required for registration of a Regulatory Bundle (needed for the Phone system).

  • Credentials for setup of integrations

  • Access to DNS manager (to manage records)*

  • Website Access (so we can integrate Webchat widget)

*Typically we recommend transferring DNS management via a Cloudflare account (Free). This will speed up and increase security for your website (if you have one).

  • Social Media Channels in Social Media Planner****: Following Social Media Platforms are available for integration: Facebook Page, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn Page, Google My Business Posts and Twitter (X). We will help you integrate any of these as long as you have an account on these already setup.

1x User Setup

We will handle configuration for your Admin user account setup. This means we will help you:

  • Set personal info & photo: You just provide profile photo, we'll handle the right dimensions.

  • Setup up email signature.

  • Set Call & Voicemail settings.

  • Integrate your Zoom (or Google Meet) account for any future Online Video meetings.

  • Integrate your Google or Outlook calendar: This will then be used by any appointments scheduling system for obtaining availability.

  • Configuring user's Google or Outlook for a 2-way email sync.

Final Testing

To make sure account is fully functional and ready, we will run a few live tests to make sure the system operates as intended:

  • We'll check Email deliverability.

  • We'll check that Email replies come back to the system.

  • Test of the Phone system, call recording, and call reporting.

  • Review requests system (to make sure message go out and have the right Google Review links.

  • Test of SMS deliverability and proper Opt-out setting (for compliance).
