Why We Pre-authorize the First Month’s Subscription Fee
Even though you may be starting with an initial free trial period of our "KONNECT MASTER LLC" software, we require a pre-authorization of the first month’s subscription fee of. Here’s why:
Security and Verification: Pre-authorization helps us verify that the payment method is valid and the account is in good standing. This step is crucial for preventing fraud and ensuring a smooth transition from your free trial to your paid subscription, should you choose to continue.
Seamless Experience: By securing pre-authorization, we ensure there’s no interruption in your service at the end of the free trial. If you love the software and decide to continue, you won’t have to go through the payment process again—we’ll simply convert your trial into a paid subscription.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
If your service has a free trial, no charge will be made to your account during the initial free trial period, and the pre-authorization hold will be immediately released.

Instructions for Resolving 3D Secure Authentication Issues
If you've encountered a problem with your payment due to a failed 3D Secure Authentication, please follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check for Errors:
Ensure that the information entered during the payment process matches exactly with your card details. This includes your card number, expiration date, and CVV code.
Verify Your Identity:
During the 3D Secure Authentication process, you may be directed to your bank's verification page. Please ensure you have your mobile phone available, as your bank may send you a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. If asked for a password you've previously set up with your bank, ensure it's entered correctly.

If you are unsure about the authentication process or if you don't receive an OTP, please contact your bank directly. They can provide guidance on their specific 3D Secure Authentication process and may be able to resolve any issues preventing authentication.
Try Again:
After verifying your information and consulting with your bank, please attempt the payment again. Ensure you're in a location with a stable internet connection to avoid any disruptions during the process
